Welcome to Avobon! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Avobon's workflow and process automation platform, including its AI integration capabilities (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Avobon if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Avobon Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.

2. Description of Service

Avobon provides a cloud-based Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) that enables users to design, automate, manage, and scale various workflows and business processes. This includes, but is not limited to, features for process orchestration, task management, data integration, and artificial intelligence (AI) powered automation and insights.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Avobon immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all data, information, and content ("User Content") that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Upload or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
• Upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Avobon platform and its underlying technology, including but not limited to software, designs, algorithms, documentation, and any AI models developed by Avobon, are owned by Avobon or its licensors. Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of your User Content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Avobon Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Avobon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Avobon does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Avobon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Avobon or an Avobon authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Modifications to Service and Terms

Avobon reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Avobon may revise these Terms of Service for its Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service after any such revisions, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
